Error when signing in

Sketchbook closes itself on it's own sometimes, and I've gotten used to it.

But this time, when I tried to open the app, the log in screen shows up and I click to log in.

Then it says;

Something is wrong with this internet connection.

Please check your internet connection and try again.

But I'm connected to my internet perfectly fine.

I have an unsaved drawing and I'm scared to lose it if I were to restart the computer.

Any help is appreciated 🙂

Also, I'm wondering why you'd have to log in every time you open the app. It started when the app became free, and it's a bit annoying. I'm wondering if if there's a way to stay logged in.

What is the OS?  i.e. Mac/Windows/iOS/Android

What type of device are you running on?

This has been my exact experience too since SB went free. Every time it crashes (which is more often than I'd like) it wants to sign me in on restart, and sign in doesn't always work (sometimes I just don't have an internet connection cause I'm out and about). Windows 10, Surface Book 1s ed, using Sketchbook for Windows 10.
