Eraser cursor disappears

Hello,

This has been a regular daily issue for a few years across both the free and enterprise versions, on multiple dekstop PCs running Windows 10:

When choosing 2 tools including an eraser, I will switch regularly between both tools using the "S" shortcut while drawing and erasing, and switch between layers. Every single session with Sketchbook Pro while doing this basic task, eventually the Eraser cursor will simply stop displaying.

I can make the cursor visible again by clicking on the eraser tool (used to work on the brush size puck as well but not anymore). A few more strokes and it's back to no cursor again. It really disrupts the drawing process, having to abandon the drawing area to go to the edge of screen and click on toolbar eraser just to keep a cursor visible.

It also affects custom erasers, and I've heard from at least one other person that mentions using the software and having this problem.

Hoping you're aware of the issue and that there might eventually be a fix. Again, it's been this way for years and probably one of the biggest irritation of basic functions so far.

Thanks!

Can you let me know how many displays you are running?  Does this happens on 1 setup or other computers?  Typically, a brush preview issue is graphics card related.

On 2 monitor setup (one regular, one Cintiq). I know it's an issue others have been having too for years.

Lately I've noticed it might happen more frequently when interacting with the layers window. When coming back on canvas the eraser often loses cursor shape; it's not exclusive to this though and still seems random (but sure to happen every session, no matter which brand of PC (used 5 different PCs and different licenses) but always using a regular monitor and a Cintiq (24").

Can you let me know if you have set the Display > Scale and Layout > Change both to "recommended" and re-test it.

Also, change the Cintiq as 'Primary" monitor and re-test it.
