Drawing a straight Line

Do you have to use the Ruler?

Or is there a brush to click and drag to make a straight line?

Ruler seems like a slow way to do such a simple thing.

Using PC Desktop and Windows 10 versions.

Holding "Shift" will contrain to Vertical or Horizon lines.
