Dell Canvas 27 support - request

Our University just purchased some Dell Canvas 27 equipment but unfortunately there are some major issues when trying to use Sketchbook Pro (Enterprise) on the device.  Dell said that Sketchbook is not specifically listed on supported software although Maya and some of the other Autodesk Programs are on the list.  Can we get Sketchbook working to support the Dell Canvas 27 please?

Thank you, David!  However, Is this a separate program than the Sketchbook Enterprise? This version wants me to purchase a monthly subscription before I can access more tools than the simple drawing tools. 

 

Also, we are running this on desktops with the latest Windows 10 updates.

 

The actual problem we are having is that when Sketchbook Enterprise is opened, canvas automatically resizes the SKB window to the very top and bottom of the screens but I cannot access the tools or top menus that are placed in those areas. The toolbar as you know allows us to access tools like symmetry, perspective, selection, shapes, etc...  In addition, the popup window for artist or tutorials gets stuck under the top bar and therefore making it impossible to close it and continue working in any capacity.
