Brush Tip Blocking Screen and No Brush Preferences

Hello, just today I encountered a problem with the brush tip. It's blocking my view making it very difficult to draw. I've tried going to the preferences section to turn off the brush tip as advised by Autodesk, but my program doesn't even offer brush settings! Please help.

I had this problem too. I'm not home so I haven't been able to try it yet but one of the workers responded to my thread about this.

Hope this helps. It looks like you're using a surface, that's what my preferences looked like.

I appreciate your help, however, I too did the factory reset to no avail, at least not on my Surface Pro 4, the brush tip is still in the way. and the suggestion for the control panel on my surface doesnt have what they asked you to find. Thank you for the suggestion though 🙂

That was me that sent the file cause they asked for it. They told me later to mess with some settings to see if it worked. I haven't been able to try it yet since I'm at school.

I have alerted the development team f the issue.  In the meanwhile, you can use the desktop version of SketchBook:
