Autodesk Sketchbook Freezes On Startup/Randomly

I use an Alienware PC running Windows 10.  I have 2 monitors and a Wacom Cintiq 16.  I've been using Sketchbook for many years without any issues; however, just recently, Sketchbook has been refusing to open.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue persists.  I have tried uninstalling, restarting the PC, then going into the Autodesk folder and deleting the 8.0 and 8.7 folders before reinstalling Sketchbook, which only temporarily fixes the problem.

When I launch Sketchbook, the window opens, but freezes, and I cannot close out of it without activating task manager.  Sometimes, it freezes my entire PC.  When launched, it opens up to a blank canvas, though none of the other smaller overlays (layers, brushes, pucks, etc) don't load.  Is there any solution to this, or should I switch drawing programs?  I have commissions I need to get done.

If you have deleted your preferences, that is a good start.  I would try connecting to 1 display to see if that is the issue.  It is odd that your don't have your tool bars and normally, you can see the 'lagoon' docked if you have the UI in hidden mode.
