App not responding

The Sketchbook app won't let me draw on the plain canvas. When I try to quit the application (I have a MacBook Pro), it doesn't respond. I therefore cannot log out of either the app or my computer. It is extremely infuriating as I can't delete the app either. Can somebody help this situation?

1. Reboot Mac.

2. Delete SketchBook

APPSTORE:  Applications > SketchBook

WEBSITE:  Applications > Autodesk > SketchBook

3. Delete the prefs (8.0 folder) noted here:
