Annual Subscription on Black Friday

Hello everyone, i purchased SketchBook pro last year, with the 50% discount in occasion of the Black Friday. This year i would like to renew my subscription but i don't understand, the 50% discount will be automatically applied on my account or will i pay it full prize? I've read that you have to insert the code THANKS17, but since the renew is automatic, i don't understand how it works, does it works just for the new costumers wich purchase the product for the first time, or will it works even for who already have an annual subscription? Thanks for your time, hope you'll can answer me.

Yeah... Mine expires on the 28. The day after the sale ends. Kinda irritated because it looks like I can't get the deal unless I sign up for a new account.

They told me personally it's only for new members. I told them already I was not pleased with the false advertising not disclosing it's for new or first time buyers....

It would be nice to receive a response from Autodesk on this issue as the way your site is setup with popups that may or may not apply to all and a lack of clear explanation regarding renewal prices is really quite annoying and probably the reason I will cancel my subscription.

Been having the same problem and again today with the cyber monday deal. I follow the steps and it just sends me back to my account page. Have already cancelled my subscription as I don't think its worth $29.99.

Actually i didn't plan to keep the programm, but for 15 euros i would have considered the possibility, since it's a great and funny alternative to other famous softwares. However, since there are no clear information about the offert, i choosed to delete the subscription, i just don't want to pay it full prize when on their website they write about a 50% discount, i would really feel cheated. By the way, i'm waiting for the answer of a member of the Autodesk team to clarify this situation.

Same problem here, automatic renewal but can't get the black friday 50% nor the CYBER17 40% promo. Hope they can clarify or help this issue.

Frombaboa, their both for new menbers only. The way they are acting its not ever going to change and they will not reword it to not deceive customers.
