Hey, I've used Autodesk for awhile now, and I've ran into a problem. The app when opened will close and will never open... I'm very worried about it. Please fix it if you can

What is the exact OS you are on?  i.e. Windows 10, Mac 10.12, iOS 12, Android 7 etc.

Can you use an older version of SketchBook?

I would try these older versions:   4.1.14 then try 3.7.6.

What type of device are you running?  What Android version are you using?
