Hi Haris,

What version of Simulation Mechanical are you using? What anti-virus software do you have on your computer?

If you are using Sim Mech 2015, then this article looks to be the solution. (It may also be the solution for newer versions of Simulation Mechanical, but no one has updated this article for newer versions.) Analysis fails consistently the first time clicking run, but will run the second time in Simulation ...

There are other articles on the Autodesk Knowledge Network related to the Simulation Job Manager that may be the solution to your problem.

Good luck.

Hi Haris,

What do you mean when you write "it is networked"? If it is a network license (and not a stand alone license), that should have nothing to do with your problem. If the models are stored on a network drive (and not on the local hard drive), that could be related to the problem.

I suggest that you download and install the latest Simulation Job Manager 6.1 update.

If that does not fix the problem, and if your model is on a network hard disk, please try saving the model to the local computer. Does that fix the problem?
