Software asks for algor2015 installer

I am running Autodesk Simulation Mechanical 2015 in a Windows 7 Machine. I have 2 problems independent of the sim mech service packs installed on the system:

1. When I launch Simulation Mechanical it says the Job server would be busy, I get the option to switch to the busy task (which opens the start-menu) or repeat. By pressing repeat several times and waiting a couple of seconds, the program continues loading.

2. when I want to change the mesh, the material, or want to execute the analysis, it asks for the algor2015 installer. When I select it, it does not accept and aborts the installation process. After cancelling this installation process, everything works.

I don't understand why this happens, I execute the progamm as admin and also installed it with admin-rigths on my machine. The only thing is, that the software installed on the workstations here can not establish an internet connection, thats why I needed the offline activaton procedure.

Can anyone help me with that issue? Is that a known bug, hardware or software issue?

Reeinstalling does not help, another thing is that the installer needs about 30min-60min to find the system configuration which seems a bit long to me. Thats also the reason why I dont want to reinstall over and over again.

I hope someone can help me, because this software is very capable in my eyes and would be an excellent extension to inventors stress analysis which is very limited, fast and well working for simple problems.
