need assist

please is there any professionals could help me choosing the right mechanical design suite for modelling  documentation simulation and animation of my new equipment design what series of softwares should i use  i see autocad mech  inventor  idk

Hello Nemesis,

 

For Simulation, there is more than one package:

 

Fluid flow and thermal analysis:  Autodesk CFD

Mechanical simulation (displacement, stress, thermal, etc...):   Nastran-InCad, Fusion 360, and Inventor Pro

Plastics molding and mold design:  Autodesk Moldflow

 

As for modeling, it depends what you are modeling.  The first package that comes to mind is Autodesk Inventor.

 

For animation maybe 3ds Max or Maya

 

There is a lot you can learn on the Autodesk main website as well as YouTube videos.  If you spend some time exploring these resources I'm sure you will have a much clearer idea of what software packages best suites your needs.
