Mechanical Simulation: Results Contours do not show.

The problem is that after the simulation completes, the results contours do not show. The part is shown just in white, although values for maximum stress etc do show. 

When going to options>graphics>hardware, the box for 'Enable OpenGL hardware acceleration' is selected, but greyed out, so that I cannot unselect it. 

The hardware I have is a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (64- bit, i7 processor, 8GB RAM). 

The software is Mechanical Simulation 2016.

According to this article, How to fix results contours not appearing in Simulation Mechanical, you need to run Simulation Mechanical as an administrator. (right-mouse-click on the shortcut and select Run as Administrator).
