Issues When Importing From AutoCad

Dear All,

I have 2 questions regarding improper 3D model import.

1) I created 3D solid model in AutoCAD. It is all ok, every part is a separate element. Seems like everything is fine, looks like this:

But while I import it into simulation mechanical 2015, all the screws are "in the air". Why?

2. Another case. 3D model is OK after import, but coordinate systems are changed. I set Global CS in Autocad and model is perpendicular to it:

but after import in Simulation it is rotated under unknown angle... again, why?

If you know answer to this question please help me, I can't find an optimal solution.
