Failed to open index file error when running analysis in DOS, Windows 10

I get the following error/warning which occurs after each converged time step, when the analysis is run through the command window/DOS. Issue only arising after update to windows 10.

ERROR [FileUpdater]: Failed to open index file: \LastDelta.txt at SetLastIndex

Error occurs for all analyses run, so far convergence does not seem to be affected, is this error causing any hidden/background issues to be concerned about?

That error message has no significance on the analysis.

There used to be an article that described the issue, but the article is no longer online. Maybe it got archived due to lack of usage. 🤔
