That is very difficult to give a value for the analysis time. In general, for large and small non MES analyses, if the linear analysis takes hours, I killed the analysis and tried other methods, such as another solver. There was a time where there was a dubious ribbon bar that gave some status, but it was always either 60% or 80%. So, that did not work for me either. For that ribbon, if it were stuck at 80% for a significant period, I would kill the analysis.
