i'd like to use simulation mechanical for optimal design process.
As a progress intergrated design operation, iwould like to use this autodesk's simulation mechanical instead of ansys workbench.
about this one i have a question.
our team draw designed hinge assembly by using UG NX 7.5 in prt files.
and i know that i can input UG nx prt file in to simulation mechanical.
can i select parameter like length or thickness or mass of ug nx prt file. in optimal design process by using simulation mechanical?
i've tried to do it by using ansys but it did't work.
so i'd like to know whether 'simulation mechanical' can concieve prt file and choose parameter in prt file.
