Bolt Wizard - total mass

Hi gents,

While using bolt wizard, it creates shaft as bolt in hole axis and rest of beams as connection elements with the same round section and diameter. Having plenty of this bolts it is useful to use this wizard, but the issue is how to turn off mass value of the connection elements in report/inquire or centre of gravity table and total mass?

Since the material properties are based on the part number, the only solution is to

1. select the lines that make the connecting elements ("Selection > Select > Line")
2. change the selected lines to a new part number ("Draw > Modify > Attributes")
3. enter the material properties with a mass density of 0.

It takes a little bit of work, but hopefully is not too bad. (Depends on how many bolts, orientation, etc).

You may want to look through the list on the Idea Group to see if there is a suggestion to let the user specify the part number of the connecting elements. I can see how it would be helpful for situations like yours. (The spokes for the head and nut, and the connecting lines for the "tight fit" bolt, could be on a separate part number if chosen by the user.)
