In Microsoft Word, the page size is set from the command with the page setup. In Word 2007 or 2010, that would be the "Page Layout > Page Setup > Size". There is probably some way to set the default page size for the PDF output, but I do not know how.

If you have a PDF maker (many are available on the web so that you can "print" to a PDF), then you can export your report to HTML, open it with your browser, set the page size from within the browser, and "print" it to PDF.

I am aware of the formatting process in word. You can select A4 size in word application, but in ASIM the report is not formatted. So even after exporting it to word, if you try to format it, it gives mis aligned columns and rows.

john i see what your are saying.you are right about the process.

summary is

to get asim report in a good formatted way....instead of exporting directly to word or pdf.....save it as html....then print it from the browser to a ' pdf printer '.

But my feedback ( I know no one asked me that..Smiley Very Happy)  is that there should be some  improvements in asim for a robust report generation.....
