Importing a revised Revit model fails

Hello - I am really liking Showcase 2017, except for one thing . . . I understand that I can "import" a Revit model that's been revised, but every time I try this with the Import box it fails. I set it up originally from Revit to Showcase by useing the Suite Workflow, and everything seemed to work great. I really need to be able to bring in the Revit model again, once it's been revised, without changing all my settings in Showcase. I have tried this with several different projects on three different computers now, and keep getting the "Failed" error. Any ideas?

try doing a repair on showcase and on revit...also, ensure you have the latest build of both.
