API & Ignore dialogue box

Hi,

I running the analysis from my code and get a dialogue box that pops up telling me that isolated nodes are found. Is there a way I can ignore this and just continue instead of having to click OK?

Hello, i have a file already opened and calcul done. when I modifie by API, a message of modification result is shown. how can I ignore it?
