Torsionnal checks in 3D model - Eurocodes

Status:

Implementation of code checking formula, according to chapter 4 Eurocode 8.1, for all levels, to see the regularity.

Still poorly implemented at this time.

Adding graphical displays of the correct rigidity centre of levels (not the flexural one, false if using long wall with openings).
