A few remarks regarding the model attached.
Stresses-steel tube ( eg element 1203/combination 8): stresses resulting from Mx and My shoud not just add up
Angle design:
CAEP angles behave as 45 deg rotated angles although in graphics interface are shown in xy orientation
For asymmetrical sections there should be an option for x/y to ksi/eta transformation of forces (45 deg for equal angles ) and design in the new coordinate system
