Whilst navigating the RSA forum, it is not uncommon to stumble upon bugs that haven't been resolved. In order to help Autodesk make the software better, a simple bug-report webpage would be an excellent tool.
Aside of the product and version, the report could include a description with the following information:
- Summary: A brief summary of the bug mostly in 60 words or below.
- Description: A detailed description of the bug.
- Reproduce steps: Clearly, mention the steps to reproduce the bug.
- Expected result: How the application should behave on the above-mentioned steps.
- Actual result: What is the actual result of running the above steps i.e. the bug behavior.
