Why does Robot Structural Analysis not have Plywood Web Joist sections built in?

I have a single family residence on which I am trying to learn and to run RSA.  I have added area loads and line loads.

On export to Robot, I get an error 'Mapping of Element' message that says could not map some I-Joists.

IMO, the Out-of-the-Box "Plywood Web Joist" sections appear to not be understood or built in.

For those not familiar, an 'engineered wood' I-Joist member is a very common pre-engineered element in the USA. Several lumber companies make 20 or 30 different parametric sized I-Joist shapes, similar in section to Wide Flange steel beams, just with less sizes (12" to 24" tall, 2" to 3.5" wide).  They are call 'Plywood Web Joists' but  'web' part is always OSB (Oriented Strand Board, not plywood) and the upper and lower flanges are typically lumber members. The three pieces are glued together during manufacture.  How do I find and add these simple sections.  Or what else do I need to do?
