Unrealistic reinforcment

Hello,

i have problems with reinforcment. At several point it requiers way too much reinforcments area. At columns looks like its OK (atleast realistic) but where slab is supported by walls it gets tricky (¬100 cm2/m). I attach .doc (with pictures of reinforcment) ant link to .RTD file by wetransfer.

Can someone look at files ant enlight me WHY so much is required and what solutions can be applied to get something more realistic.

I assume that you refer to the corner of the opening. If so the large value of reinforcement is due to SLS provisions and considerable value of Mxy bending which adds up to Mxx and Myy in this location and area of reinforcement corresponds to the static analysis results. Corners of openings can be tricky in terms of results of surface elements and in some situations you may want to assume the values from the neighbouring elements instead of the value from the "corner" node instead.
