Uniform Planar Load on a panel

Hi.
In the attached model I am trying to assign a a uniform planar load to one side of a panel .

If I use -5 kPa as local Z and run the analysis then the load will be applied in the global Z axis.
Is this a bug in RSA 2024 or I am doing something wrong?

The load seems to be applied correct when you use "Uniform Planar Load" as the load is applied on the entire panel, however the problem arise when "Uniform Planar Load on Countour" is applied only on selected parts of the panel.

The load will be applied in the global Z direction and not in local axis of the panel!

I think this is a representation only bug:

From help:

To ensure that the planar load assigned to elements displays correctly, you should generate a model or perform calculations, and additionally, select Loads > Forces generated automatically in the Display dialog.
