Truss connection grabs wrong geometry

Hi!
During designing of some truss node connections I have discovered that Robot picks up worng geometry... File and pics attached. The incline angle of diagonal member is 38 degrees in robot but should be 50 degrees according to real geometry. Can you please take a look?
