Toolbar disappeared

Good afternoon

My toolbar has mysteriously disappeared. I'm not sure what's wrong. When I toggle between steel design to results all the toolbars that allow me to select load cases are not there. I'm not sure how to restore it. Please help!\\

try tools/customize/open layouts from template

Yes, I've tried but that doesn't seem to work
