How can I solve this example with the Robot?

For isostatic vain 15m. of the figure, studying the effect of passing a load of 19.5 T
at speeds of 330 Km / h and 288 km / h. Use a maximum of 10 elements flat bar
in the discretization. We consider a modal damping factor of 2%.
