There are no nodes in the floor planes error displayed for static seismic case

i'm still newbie at this... and i really need all the help for this one. and sorry for my bad english

"there are no node in the floor planes. it is impossible to apply forces for the static seismic analysis case."

that is the error that i run into. i try everything that i can like changing the define story, running back and forth between revit and RSA.

there's no error in revit that i know, but when i run the calculation with the seismic analysis case in RSA i always got that error.

i tried everything and ask my partner about this problem and we got no solution for this. i really need some help here, please.
