Could you please send us the model with the result and opening the beam giving you this result .

Hi @Anonymous

 

For the bams defined in your example you need to increase lengths of hooks:

For the beam 1209 from your picture I can't see any issue with the cross section either so please do what @mustafahesenow (thank you) asked for after investigating your model.
