Temperature variation

how can I simulate different temperatures on two sides of the same wall? That is, simulate a temperature x for the inner zone and a temperature y for the outer zone.

Use the gradient option ,which will be the temperature difference between wall sides

so, if i want temperature of outer zone of 60ºC and temperature of inner zonde of 0ºC my gradiente will be 60ºC? And normal temperature?
