Supports of beams in RC design module

Hi.

I'm new to Robot and having some doubts.

When i transfer beams to RC Provided reinforcement module some supports doesn't appear correctly (see images attached).

I noticed that this "error" usually occurs when I have analytical link (imported from Revit). Is there any configuration that can detect this supports?

Plus, I also noticed that some users have a dialog with support options when transfering do RC Provided Reinforcement module. However, this dialog doesn't appear to me. How can I configure it?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe when you choose the beam, RSAP does not regconise the perpendicular beam as support. May the perpendicular beam height is smaller ? Could you please upload the RSAP file ?

Hi @TienDat.NGUYEN.Engineer

The file is attached.

The supports it should identify are columns.

However, between the beam and the column, a rigid link was created to represent the eccentricity of the beam in relation to the column, as shown in the images below.

Thanks for the attention.

2022 version. Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible to downgrade..

I'm not sure if Revit import can affcect the support regconisation or not.

You can delete this beam and column and create again manually, or chose the differection direction (From left to right in stead if right to left) when select them.
