Hello

I made a model in Autodesk Robot which was a wooded structure. When i make modal analysis, i face some problems. First of all prior to begin analysis it says that structure contain release direction, i do not know why it says that because i make all base fixed and also member. So i do not understand why it show that message. Can solve this?

Also it show that error in meshing and execution problem. Please tell me how can i solve these problems. I share three screen shoots here. Please review this and tell me what should i do.

Hi,

could you please attach the model?

the DSC algorithm issue (untitled 2) you can solve it by going to Tools menu > Job preferences > Structure analysis dialog.

Please see my attach model and tell me what should i do. It shows different errors in modal analysis and give a unrealistic result for Seismic force in X-direction.

HI @Anonymous,

you have releases in some bar elements and in some beams elements. If you want them fixed you need to change them.

About the seismic results, please have a look at this video:

You have defined it as a static case and not seismic and no modal analysis has been set.

Hi @Anonymous,

mmm, from what I can see, you have defined some releases that you don't want, and you use sometimes shell elements and sometimes other types of 2D element. Some elements are not defined in any Story as well.

We will see if someone come back with a solution, but what I suggest it is create a more simple frame and try to control the result on that, to then come back to this project.
