When I try to open the file that I export from a newly created file, I get errors. Could you explain what should be done to open a file without errors?

Str format (being from old Robot V6 DOS program) doesn't contain information about panels (they did not exist in Robot V6) and should not be used for such models.

How I can get new str format? I have export str file using 2018 Robot, why i get old str file?

There is no new str (text) file format but the one from Robot V6 and its primary objective for RSA was to be able to open projects from Robot V6 rather than save its own project in as by its definition it doesn't have any syntax for object or options not existing in Robot V6.. The file format for RSA is binary rtd file instead.
