Steel connection design - smaller bolt ?

Hey guys. Can someone tell me why i get a higher capacity when i go from M16 bolt M12 bolt? It doesnt make sense.

Could you check if this is the right file as I can't see the connection No 47?

If you could change the names of the files you attach that would be very helpful too

When i go from a M16 to M10 then the design will be ok. Strange.

The list of the connections in the file you attached visible on the left hand side of the picture below doesn't include No. 47.
