Stacked Tubes in Section Definition

I want to add a section that is two HSS's stacked on top of each other. In all the fancy complex section definitions I don't see this option. I don't want to draw this from scratch I just want to pick two tubes and stick them together like this.

Is this possible using Section Definition?

Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for showing how to add it to database also. This is my first time using section definition so I would have probably stumbled around trying to find that.
