I have a flat slab model that consists of two slabs. I have applied the linear releases on the edges of the inner slab and left the outer slab as it is. I ran the calculation and expected to see zero moment along the edge of releases. I created a panel cut perpendicular to the edge but the moment is not zero and it's just as if it's continuous.

It was necessary to:
1) fix some model inaccuracies in the released edges of panels
2/ delete extra panel releases to avoid type 1 instabilities - if only 2 panels connect along some edge (no other panels or edge beams) release should be defined only from the side of one of these panels, not both of them - to avoid a series of unstable nodes along the edge.
After the correction moments in the panels reduce to zero at the released edge:
Attached the fixed model.
Attention: I did not modified rigid links "crossing" the released edge - they may result in transferring some moments there.
