slab design strips

Hi my friends

slabs are designed by  three methods according ACI code , one of them is strip method which it uses also for mat foundations  , and its available in "Safe "

program , is it have in robot ? or robot how design slabs , which method ?

any guide makes me happy .

No , my question is about ( design strip method ) ,, its a method for hand calculation  designing in slabs , its also use in etabs and safe , 

but maybe have not available in robot , may it use finite element method ,

There is no such technique in Robot like SAFE. Strips are only for exploring results through s determined section in the slab.

Hi @Anonymous,

The strip method in SAFE is same as the wood and armer method using by Robot to design the slab and it is recomended to use wood and armer method for the design of slab and finite element method for design of Wall Element.

is there any other way?
Because the panel cut is calculation 1m, but ACI design strip with width on each side of a column equal 0.25l
