Sign in and licence manager problem

Hello, I had to delete all my programs few days ago and today I tried to reinstall all my Autodesk products.  I loged in to the website and downloaded directly all products I had before in few seconds which was great. I had no problem with autoCAD2020 it downloaded perfectly and all... But when it comes to Autodesk Robot 2020 I had a lot of difficulties first of all it wouldn't launch but I figured how to make pass that after sew searches. One problem is still bothering me and that is : when I open Autodesk Robot 2020 its says on top above : Resultats MEF : absent ( I don't know what does that mean ) ... but I can work on it just fine ( start new project, use tools, ext... ) But when I click on sign in or the little triangle nothing happens ( see image ) ... I can't log in to my account and the licence manager doesn't pop up nothing happens when I click on those 2. Any idea how I can fix this problem??

Thanks

Results FEM: absent is normal status until you run calculation, then it becomes 'actuels' .

Have you installed 2020.0.1 Hot-fix, or 2020.1 Update?  We had some problems with licensing on the initial 2020 release.

Thanks for the reply @okapawal . Yes I downloaded Autodesk Licensing Service - 10.2.0.4231 - Win - Update. That's what fixed the first problem. but when it successfully opens, I can't log in or open the manager licence even after trying Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2020.0.1 HotFix 64-Bit with the installsheild

Can you log into your Autodesk.Account https://manage.autodesk.com/ and check available programs?

Actually if you are logged-in in one program, for example AutoCAD, then you should be already logged in all the other Autodesk program on your machine with the same user.

It seems that you have Student license on Robot Structural Analysis, is it correct?

Yes on Robot I have student version. I don't think I'm logged-in. I just opened CAD and now it won't let me log-in neither ( nothin happen when click on sign-in).  (see picture) but it shows the sittings for licence manager

Will it work if I use a multi-user licence? If so, how can I change it on robot when it won't open the licence manager?
