RSA2020 does not start

Dear support team,

I've installed two days ago RSA2020, but after completed the installation and restarted the workstation, RSA do not start.

I can se only the starting picture, and then nothing. I tried also to run the software as admin, but nothing change!!!

Some advise in this issue?

Did the patch fix your RSA 2020? Coz I have been installing and reinstalling this program with its patches but I can not make it work still.

3 Hours and counting to open a file. From RSAP 2020 to 2023, It can not even open a new program template and hangs by itself. Shhhhheeeessshhhh...

It's not just 2020. I installed 2021, 2022, and 2023. And They are all having problems.
