RSA2013 message when starting

Dear Sir,

I use ARSA Prof. 2013 SP1 on Windows 7 x64 16 GB Ram CPU i7.

When I start the software a strange message appears. i have to press twice on Try again to continue the software.

Can You help me to solve the problem?.

Currently your removable disks 'start' from G. Please try to change the assignments of letters so that they start from e.g. K.
