It seems that we have another annoying GUI bug - the checkbox for visibility control of Auxiliary objects does not work:

Thanks for the report.  Let me check with the development team what kind of  objects visibility is controlled with this option.

It did not work in older versions neither.

The visibility of "Structure > Auxiliary objects" does not concern lines, polylines and other geometrical objects.

It relates to non-ACIS boolean operations and the auxiliary objects are switched off.
