Robot Expert EC3 2012 - Design note message error

Dear

Dear Sir,

I am using Robot Expert module EC3 2012. When I design connection bolts , The Design is not displayed and an error message is displayed  ( As shown above).

I have elso The version 2011  the same error appears.

Any Suggestion please ?

Please check if you have the same situation when you temporarily switch off your anti virus program. From my past experience I know that some of them may prevent opening of notes.

Dear Sir,

I have disabled the antivirus for a while but the same error occurs.

I Try to use this module on other computers but still have the same errors.

Notes:

1- I am using Win 7 pro 64 bit + Microsoft office 2007.

2-The design note concerning the design of the bolts assembly in EC3 module.

3- I have installed now on My computer ARSA 2012+ 2013 with the latest Service packs.

Your help and support are very appreciated.

I don't have any problems (tested with MS Word 2010) . What is your settings for the note generation? What happens if you change the output to WordPad?

Are you able to open any rtf file double clicking on it? If yes, in which program it is opened?
