Many many compliments for your models and your work.

I'd like to know from Adsk if they think that this kind of works it can be done modeling the structures in Revit and using cloud computing. I totally disagree with this development plan. I really believed in REACT, but unfortunately it is suppressed.

I love Robot!

Hello Rafacascudo,

Each prestressing cable was modeled as a series of truss elements (solid steel bar with equivalent area), connecting them with main concrete structure in calculation points of interest using rigid links. Prestress losses were estimated externally and then effective force was defined as a bar dilatation.

After Seeing this startup up page in ETABS today I just felt why Robot doesn't have such user models in the startup page. And here it is ...Smiley Happy

ETABS START PAGE.PNG

Many thanks for the senior engineers to post such inspirational works. it will be highly helpful to young engineers like us to learn more from engineers like if you could explain the modeling methodology that you adapted for this kind works.

And this question is towards Autodesk. Should we continue to learn Robot or ... ???
