Revit to Robot elevations exported as positive and elements as negative

Hello,

I exported a model from Revit to Robot and am having an issue with the elevations. In the exported RSA model, the elevations are in the correct position in the Z-axis; however, the elements are not aligned to the elevation and they are positioned in the negative value of what the correct elevation is. Has anyone else run into this issue when exporting Revit to Robot?

Thank you in advance!

Not sure of what you meant by "the negative value of what the correct elevation is".
Can you provide some pics explaining what you mean?

Never went into this kind of problem.

While you wait for official support , you could try to move the whole model into its correct position and see what happens when you export it back to Revit , if you need to.

Thank you for the suggestion. I considered moving the elements in the model; however, I have several models that have the same problem. Each of the models have several elements and I would like to save some time by exporting them to the correct elevation rather than adjusting each model.

UPDATE: I believe that this has something to do with the difference in basing the elevations off of the Project Base Point and Survey Point in Revit. The levels in the Revit model are based on the survey point which is N/S: 0, E/W: 0 and Elevation 0. Our Project Base Point (which is where the top of the first level is) is N/S: 235821'  2 83/128", E/W: 2272124'  8 87/128", and Elev: 847'. Would it be possible to move either the base point or the survey point so that when I link the model to Robot, the levels and building are in the correct Z-coordinate? Could someone please explain how Robot interprets the Survey Point and Base Point? My understanding is that the grids for the levels are linked in Robot to the elevation from the Survey Point, which is why the levels are roughly around the Z-coordinate of 847'. Then, somehow the project (or building) off-sets itself in the negative z-direction from the Survey Point. Can someone please explain this to me?

Here are a few photos to illustrate the locations of each point.
