Results Connect - #No RSA structure

Hello,

I can't make Results Connect working. After first use of Results Connect Excel hangs for a few seconds and only result I get is '#No RSA structure' (screenshot attached). It doesn't matter which function I use. I reinstalled Robot&Results Conenct but this error still occur.

I use Office Professional Plus 2013 32bit, Windows 10 x64 (updated from Windows 7). I installed latest updates for Robot.

Has anyone faced this issue and possibly knows solution ?

Thanks in advance,

Michal

Results Connect should work with 2010 and 2013 version of Office:

Register Robot API this way:

using Command Line (cmd.exe) in admin mode

Unfortunately none of methods in linked posts didn't work (or maybe I did sth wrong). But finally i managed to solve that. What I did is:

- unregister all previous versions of Robot (via cmd as admin)

- uninstall (only) Results Connect

- register Robot 2016 (via cmd)

- install Results Connect

Crucial was to reinstall Results Connect, without that it still didn't work. Perhaps registering Robot 2016 itself (via cmd) didn't work right and clean install was the solution.

Thanks for help!

One more question regarding Results Connect - will it work with Robot 2015 if I register this version via cmd (and unregister 2016) ? I have .rtd model from 2015 version and exporting results to Results Connect would be quite convenient...
