Required Reinforcement Query

Good morning,

A simple query I hope, which I cannot seem to locate.

I hope to change the reinforcement percentage in BS 8110 from 0.3% to 0.13% but cannot seem to get my hands on it! Any tiops, as always welcomed.

I'm not sure what you mean. To set 0.13 as the max. allowed value?

Thanks for your reply. No, set 0.13% of concrete cross sectional area  as a minimum tension reinforcement requirement,
