In Windows Control Panel tried both Repair and Reinstall.
This also finished successfully: Robot_Structural_Analysis_Professional_2017.0.2_HotFix.msp
Avoiding Uninstall then Install fearing loss of custom sections.
I did some copy, paste, and moving between folders of this file: ruserpro.xml in these folders:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\2017
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\2017\Data\Prof
because I was having problems deleting a custom section.
